Delete your account

Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your Fitriq account is in the app:

• Open Fitriq and sign in
• Go to Profile → Delete account
• Confirm the deletion when prompted

This removes your primary user data (including health daily summaries) and your Auth user from our live systems.

Delete by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email fitriq@hotmail.com from the email address on your Fitriq account with the subject line:

Delete my Fitriq account

Include enough detail for us to identify your account. We will process the request manually.

What is deleted vs retained

When deletion completes:

• Deleted — account profile, workout/meal/weight logs, plans, coach data, health daily summaries stored under your account, and Auth user
• May be retained briefly — short-term backups, security logs, and store purchase / accounting records we must keep for legal or platform reasons

Deleting your Fitriq account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions; manage those in your store account settings.
