Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fitriq mobile applications and related services (“Fitriq”). Fitriq is operated by Craft Mode. By creating an account or using Fitriq, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

Fitriq provides fitness and nutrition guidance for general wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant. Train safely and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. You use Fitriq at your own risk. See our Medical & wellness disclaimer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use Fitriq.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account), or request help at fitriq@hotmail.com. Details are on our account deletion page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Fitriq, including by:

• Attempting to reverse engineer the service
• Abusing AI features or automated access
• Interfering with other users or our infrastructure
• Accessing Premium features without a valid purchase
• Uploading unlawful or harmful content

AI-generated content

Personalized plans and coach messages may be generated with AI (including Google Gemini). Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for you. Review recommendations carefully and use your judgment. AI features may require Fitriq Premium. AI content is not medical advice.

Purchases, Premium & refunds

Premium unlocks are sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their terms and store policies. Restoring purchases re-links a prior store purchase to your Fitriq account when available.

Intellectual property

Fitriq, including its software, branding, and curated content, is owned by Craft Mode or our licensors. Exercise media and third-party datasets remain subject to their own licenses and attributions.

Disclaimer of warranties

Fitriq is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft Mode and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of fitness or nutrition recommendations in Fitriq—including exercise-related injury—whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Fitriq and delete your account at any time.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
